If you are seeing a notice that a product isn't licensed, you may need to activate your software to enable the device functionality.

Feature Code

Some product purchases will contain a feature code, which may enable certain devices within InControl. If you have been given a feature code, you can take these steps to enable it:

If you do not have an InControlHa.Com account:

1. Visit www.incontrolha.com/account/register to create an account
2. Enter the Feature Code in the box provided
3. Retrieve your product code then use the "Software Activation" menu from your InControl HA server to enable the features

If you already have an account, add a feature code to your existing product:

1. Visit your product codes section of the website
2. Click the link "Add a feature code to this key"
3. Use the "Software Activation" menu from your InControl HA server to enable the feature

 

Purchase Standard or Pro

If you wish to enable additional device support, or add locks, thermostats or garage door openers, you should purchase the Standard or Pro edition of InControl.
