This package contains various smart home hardware, including switches, dimmers and perhaps a thermostat. A qualified electrician can help you install the hardware properly and safely.
By now, you should have received an email with some instructions on how to create your account and to download the Axial Server software. If you haven't received this email yet, please contact tech@teamgleason.org.
After you create your account. visit www.axialcontrol.com/Download/downloadlist to download the Axial Server software. If you need assistance with the setup of your software, this setup guide can aid you in getting started: http://docs.incontrolha.com/home/getting-started
Before you perform this step, you should verify that your Axial Server software is able to detect your newly installed smart home hardware. Your main screen of Axial Server should show multiple devices, similar to the following image. If you do not see any devices in your list, please see these steps for manually setting up your Z-Stick Gen5: https://incontrolha.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/265231-setup-aeon-labs-usb-stick
If you've verified that you can see devices, you should optimize your z-wave network by visiting the tools menu > z-wave commands > heal network.
