To setup your InControl email settings to use your Gmail/Google account, you should use the following fields for your settings:
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 587
User Name: yourEmail@gmail.com
Password: <the same password you use for gmail.com>
USE SSL: Checked
From Address: Same as User Name
To Address: This can be any email address you want.
